Why we exist
The work was the problem.
Ex Machina LLC is a Texas company. We started because the small businesses we know kept paying for IT that watched the network but ignored the actual work. Tickets got closed, but the same person was still retyping the same PO into the same spreadsheet at 4:45pm on a Friday.
That's the gap we wanted to close. The IT half keeps the lights on, takes care of the patches and the printers and the password resets. The AI half sits next to the work and starts doing the parts that should never have needed a human in the first place.
We think AI gets useful when it sits next to the work people are already doing, instead of replacing the tools they trust. So that's what we build. On their hardware. On their network. Their data, theirs.
We are deliberately small. No call centers, no offshore tier ones, no acquisition strategy. When you call, you get someone who knows your network because they helped set it up.
